When you order fonts through, you are able to purchase your Multi-User License(s) at the same time and enjoy discounts. You may be entitled to Desktop Use of the Licensed Software if you have purchased a license for additional uses such as an eBook, Server or Application license, under such circumstances this Desktop License shall control all such uses.
If at any time your use of the font software exceeds that permitted in the applicable license, you agree to immediately notify HFT and purchase the appropriate license. If you purchase a license to use the Font Software with more than 5 Users, you may install the font software on the computers of the number of users identified in the order receipt. Use of the font software on a portable computer is permitted provided that the portable computer is owned by a licensed User and is not used in excess of the Users licensed under this agreement. Upon payment in full, HFT grants you a non-exclusive, non-assignable non-transferrable and terminable License to use the font software ("Font") This license allows use of the Font Software with not more than five (5) Users.
IMPORTANT: Our "General" licensing overview is a brief description of the terms, however, each "type foundry" has it's own End User License Agreement (EULA) in place which can be viewed and accepted during checkout for multiple type foundries and their font software. When you accept the terms and conditions for that specific "type foundries" End User License Agreement (EULA) you are agreeing to the terms of that agreement only. If you do not agree to be bound by this License, do not purchase this license or take delivery of the software. Please make sure you check the "type foundries" End User License Agreement (EULA) displayed and accepted during checkout to see the terms and conditions of that specific license.
